But we believe healthy food is delicious. And as crazy as it sounds, the less processed foods you eat, the less you want them. You begin to crave healthier, clean food. Here are five recipes that we have tried that we think you will love.
Air Fryer Honey Sesame Chicken
This recipe is so delicious and family friendly. It is ingredient heavy but the are ingredients you’ll use time and time again. (white rice is absolutely okay to eat!)
Simple. Few ingredients. Healthy. Delicious. This is another family favorite and thank goodness because it couldn’t be easier to make.
Garlic Chicken and Potatoes Skillet
(can easily be made Gluten Free)
As a health coach, I don’t fear potatoes. We have them from time and time and think they’re a great addition to your menu. (we likely avoid mashed potatoes but even indulge in mashed potatoes when we want to!) This recipe is easy and packed with so much flavor.
Healthier Homemade Crunchwrap Supreme
While eating these crunchwrap supremes, you would never know they’re considered the healthier version. They are absolutely delicious. A little time consuming to build and then cook on the stovetop but 100% worth the effort.
And finally, another family favorite. I always, always double this recipe and there are never any leftovers. Definitely one of the easiest and fastest recipes – incredibly delicious, too. (This recipe is great for gut health, too!)
