It's important to keep in mind that wellness isn't just about weight loss, it's about changing habits that affect all areas of your life. Setting and reaching goals can be challenging, but as a health coach, I'm trained to help you move past those challenges.
The concept of having a health coach is likely a new one for you, so here’s a comprehensive breakdown on how it works!

Step One: Contact me! (this is often the step that takes the most courage, but you’ve got this!)
You can email me or fill out the contact form. Then check your email for a health consult form hurrying its little heart out toward your inbox. It’s an easy form you can fill out and submit online that will help prepare us both for our discovery call.
Step Two: Discovery Call! This call, completed over Zoom, is a Discovery Call for both of us. It gives the two of us an opportunity to ask questions and get to know each other. It’s a great time to understand the coaching process and how it would benefit you. We’ll go over some of the key components of your consult form, as well. The program lasts for 6 months, so getting to know each other first is critical.

Step three: Begin the Journey.
Once the call is complete, I’ll send over a call summary along with a basic outline of what the program could look like for the next six months. The program is fluid throughout the six months, adapting to your needs. You’re the driver, I’m holding the map.
If you decide to move forward with our coaching relationship, you’ll receive and review a contract establishing our goals, the framework of our coaching relationship, and the obligations we’re both committing to meet. Once we’ve agreed upon the details, we schedule our next call and start living the life you’ve imagined!

Weekly 50-minute Zoom calls for the first 3 months
bi-weekly calls for months 4-6
Weekly emails which will include favorite recipes, tips and challenges
Clients are encouraged to check in by 11am daily, to report struggles and celebrate successes.
Pricing: $195 monthly for 6 months or save $95 by paying in full at the beginning of coaching program ($1,075)
Coaching: Individuals come to Jennifer for leadership and personal development, career strategy and resume assistance, ontological coaching, managing a life or career transition, enhancing relationship and team effectiveness, stress management, and goal setting.
Birkman: An in-depth understanding of the needs, skills and personal strengths that make up each individual is crucial to ensure that your team runs at maximum effectiveness.
For executives and individuals, The Birkman Method can be a powerful tool in learning how you can lead, manage and communicate more effectively in nearly any setting.
A 20-minute discovery session to ask questions and learn more about coaching is available.Two 50-minute Zoom calls per month
One 15-minute pivot session check-in each month along with the development of a coaching plan to support your goals.

Sessions can take place anywhere from immediately following a proposal to just a few days before the wedding. We’ve found that there isn’t a “good” or “bad” time to take your photos.

In March, we are rolling out our first Wellness Revolution Group Coaching Program. This is a 12-week program, broken up into two parts...the first six weeks will be all about body respect, sleep, hydration, creating a path to end negative self talk and handling stress. We lovingly call this part the Intensive Care Unit.

The second six weeks is geared towards making positive changes in nutrition, finding out what foods truly nourish you, how to meal plan successfully, finding movement and alcohol reduction. We will never tell you not to have cake, we will never tell you to skip out on lunch with the girls. We want to prepare you for real life.
